Ewa is a Scandinavian firebrand, and has a background as a business psychologist & leadership coach. For many years, she has worked with people in change and development. Ewa is a big fan of vegetable juicing and, among other things, has herself stepped off painkillers & blood pressure-lowering medications with the help of juicing.
 
Today, Ewa has further training as an acupuncturist with her own clinic in Copenhagen, and works both in Denmark and Portugal to help people with skin diseases & lifestyle diseases have a healthier life and get rid of various medications.
Ewa is a member of the traveller's club, and speaks fluent Swedish, Danish & English.

Dawn works as a lifestyle coach and yoga teacher in London.
3 years ago she took the leap and moved to the Algarve, where she
now has its base.
Dawn has a passion for finding the inner strength and changing or
rebuild his life, despite defeat and opposition.

Together, Dawn & Ewa is a dynamic team that makes retreats all over the world (locations change from year to year) and infuses the participants with renewed energy and zest for life.
