We experience the authentic Portugal while enjoying a healthy week of yoga, clean food & vegetable juicing, a SPA day with a full body massage, hiking, excursions - experiencing floating in Mar Morto (the dead sea of Portugal) as well as visiting an olive oil estate were we will be guided through a lovely olive oil tasting, all while having fun, balancing our bodies and creating new memories.

An absolutely wonderful trip awaits you on the beautiful coast of the Algarve in Portugal. A healthy week with yoga, vegetable juicing and wonderful excursions. We guide you safely throughout the whole week.

We live in a 500 m2 luxury villa with private pool, in one of the most beautiful areas of Southern Portugal. You can choose to share a twin room with a friend (or a friend to be), or to stay on your won in a single room. All rooms has private bathrooms.

Every morning we will start our day with loving and kind yoga by the pool, waking up our bodies in the most amazing way. We will end each session with a short relaxing meditation to bring calm to our minds and let the benefits of our practice propagate in to our bodies..
Our yoga practice will strengthen our bodies and increase our bodies flexibility, massage our internal organs, improve blood flow while reducing stress and creating mindful presence & well-being. Both experienced and beginners can participate and gain from the classes.

After our morning yoga, we enjoy a wonderful nutritious breakfast on the beautiful terrace. Fresh fruit, vegetables & nutritious juices made from fruit & vegetables from small local producers.

We will enjoy a relaxing SPA day with a full body massage and renewing facial masks. Facial treatments such as microdermabrasion, cosmetic acupuncture, manicure and pedicure can be purchased as an extra.

During the week we enjoy a lovely in the beautiful landscape. The route is not complicated, but not flat either. We will walk partially in silence, and as the nature in this area is beautiful, so you can look forward to an experience for both your body and senses.

We visit Portugal's Dead Sea "Mar Morto", where we float mindfully in the salty water and enjoy a full body mineral mud scrub that makes our skin smooth as silk.

We visit an olive farm and see how some of the best olive oil in Portugal is produced, and we are invited to an olive oil tasting, quite a learning experience.

In the evenings our chef Karen will cook us delicious vegetarian and pescetarian meals. Two nights we will dine out, at local Portuguese restaurants (not included in the price).

Throughout the week we avoid meat, sugar, bread, coffee, alcohol & dairy products to cleanse our bodies for various imbalances..

We try Mindful walking & mindful eating, and gain knowledge about vitamins, minerals, proteins, amino acids, anti-oxidants etc.

All juices & herbal shots are of course included, and are made of organic ingredients from the local area.​​​
