The registration fee is returned if you cancel your retreat no later than 14 days after you have ordered it - but not if there are less than 30 days to the retreat's start date when you pay the registration fee.
If you cancel more than 40 days before the start date of the retreat, 50% of your registration fee will be refunded. In case of cancellation later than 40 days before the start date of the retreat, the registration fee and the balance paid will not be refunded.
If we cancel the retreat, your entire payment will be refunded, including the registration fee.
